What about exchanges?
You can exchange items within 30 days. Contact us via email with “Exchange + Order Number” and the reason for the exchange, and we’ll send you a shipping label and process the exchange.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at support@bargainbrix.net within 24 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra charge.
